young coconut: CHOP!

I feel like I am getting a little more comfortable in front of the camera, my bf says I am a robot in the beginning. Hopefully soon, I will be able to be myself!

Thanks for your support. It should be fun and definitely challenging. Not sure I'll always be 100% raw but I'm hoping to be all vegan with the exception of honey. :)

I can't wait to watch your vid but have to wait a little bit since I'm at work. ha ha! Whoopsie! I'm chatting while at work. BAD!

Mmmm....coocoonuts....one of my favorite things in the whole world. And don't you hate it when you get bad ones? UGH! From time to time we'll buy them by the case and there've been times when half of the case is bad (or more). It's so frustrating and very sad. We open our coconuts a little different but I like your way too. It might be one I can do. :) I can open coconuts if I had to but usually hubby is on hand to do it. ha ha!

Thanks for your videos! They're very helpful. Now if I only had a young coconut now. Sounds so good. Love drinking the "precious" water and sitting down with a bowl full of coconut meat. So good! Okay, I'll quit rambling. For now.

that was the most meticulous and tidy coconut cracking i have ever seen! you should see the way they do it in asia! machete, ka-chop!!!

try a firm rubber spatula instead of a metal spoon - you'll get less of the peel from the inside.

awesome!
