As you can see here, I have printed out my 100 day raw fu work book and calender and updated my safe foods and week #1 personal challenge. Y'all better get on that!
Oh and I started this weeks Ice CREAM early, so tonight I shall be feasting upon banana soft serve with the rest of my delicious red cherries pitted, sliced, and mixed in, with a ribbon of chocolate sauce throughout!

I printed mine too! What's on your safe list? Can I be nosey? Mine just has cucumbers on it so far. I wanted to put avocado on it but they're too oily to eat in unlimited amounts and I can't always afford 'em! (Hi Blanche, hi! Whose a good dog? You are! You are!)

You totally need to try a papaya. You might be able to find one at Costco. They've been selling them there these days and for a good price too. Or just go to the local Asian market they help you pick out a good one. It's funny b/c I barely remember trying one before starting on raw and don't think I really liked it but now I just sit down and eat a half.
Oh yeah, you're familiar with Mongolian Grill? yeah, never going there again.
