vitamix
I did it. I took the plunge. Bought a refurbished vitamix for a birthday gift to myself today. It was a lot of money. I am feeling a little guilty about dipping so far into my savings, but I know I will use it every single day. Ugggh. Oh well, what's done is done.
I agree, you will not regret it. I felt the same way when I took the plunge, I actually started to sweat a little and had a little buyer's remorse because of the steep price tag. I split my payments into 3 to make it easier (did you do that)? Anyways, I am so happy that I invested. It really is an investment, and I know you will get so much use out of it. I use mine every day, if not more than once a day.

The next thing on my list is a juicer. I just don't know if I want a green star or a champion. Do you have one? Do you know anything about them and which would be better? I am hoping to get mine my Jan for my birthday.
Then I will have my sites on a new dehydrator. Maybe a 9 tray? But that will take some time. I don't have much money.
