Chocolate Protein Shake

My new favorite source of Chocolate and Protein!

Recipe:
2 Bananas Frozen
2 Medjool Dates
a Splash of Vanilla or a Smidge of Vanilla Bean
3 T Hemp Protein
1 T Raw Cacao powder
Blend and add water as needed to achieve desired texture

Not too bad! Since some days I have a hard time getting my calories and my protein this is a good one...
I know there are many debates over raw cacao, like is it REALLY raw? is it toxic? I just think it is delicious...

This looks good but I worry about getting too much iron. Where does all the iron come from?

I don't think you need to worry about getting too much iron, it mostly comes from the hemp protein but there is iron in the cacao as well.
